One of the important factors for project management success is having a well-made project plan.
So, I'm going to tell the 10 steps to the ultimate project planning:


1. Talk to the key stakeholders about your project plan and its main components:
The problem that faces a lot of project owners is the misunderstanding between them and the stakeholder. Consequently, the project end result's doesn't meet your expectations due to such misunderstanding and miscommunication.

So, the first step to get a successful project plan & plan processing is to discuss them with all key stakeholders since the crucial yet difficult part of the project management is getting buying and commitment.

2. Define Functions And Duties:
The second step is assigning each one in the project to approve a certain part of the project since you can't guarantee that the all key stakeholders will be able to review all your project's documents.

Make sure your team has:
- A project sponsor
- A Project manager. 
- A project team.
- End users.
- Auditors.
- Quality.
- Risk analysts.
- Procurement specialists

3. Hold A Launching Meeting:
The launching meeting is a powerful way to gather all the stakeholders to discuss the details of your project. Moreover, it is a useful way to start the planning process.

4. Produce a Scope Statement:
Did you know that the most important document for a successful project planning is the Scope Statement?
Fundamentally, it is the foundation on which everything else in your project is based and dependant on.
5. Form Your Scope Baseline: 
The moment your deliverables are established in the Scope Statement, it's time to develop a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Practically, a WBS breaks down and decomposes the deliverables in your project.

6. Set The Schedule And Value Baselines:
Here is where you need to set a schedule and identify tasks and tasks and how they are related to each other for a great project planning technique. 

Also, you need to know how long it'll take and its cost to complete each task.

7. Design Baseline Management Strategies:
As you get all the previous 6 steps right, now it'll be the perfect time to create some guideline steps for the project's team to manage changes to your plans.

8. Design The Staffing Plan:
You need a good chart to show the periods, (month, quarter, year, etc) that shows when every resource will come into and out of the project using a staffing plan. 
It is different from other project management charts, as it doesn't show tasks, but only resource & the time remaining in the project.

9. Analyze Project Risks And Quality:
We're going to talk about project quality in details, but for now, you should know that it guarantees that your product will meet your consumers and clients satisfaction and needs.

10. Communicate! 
One significant aspect of the project planning is the communications of your project's plan. The moment your project plan is perfect, it is necessary not simply to communicate the value of the project planning to the project sponsor, but also to communicate its contents as it's produced.
