Project Scheduling

Project scheduling is defined in detail using the Critical Path Method. Ed March, Co-Director of the MEM Program at Dartmouth, illustrates the use of the early start Gantt Chart with the Backward Pass Method. Total Slack and Critical Path Activities of the Gantt Chart are defined.
