Schedule Delay Analysis in Construction Projects |
Various methods have been developed and used for analyzing and measuring construction schedule delays. However, these methods have different analytical approaches and require different information. For a complicated delay case, different method may provide different results, and require different input data.
That is, no single method is universally accepted by all project participants, suitable for all situations. Therefore, there is a need to provide complete information on available delay methods for a delay analyst while he/she wants to select a suitable method to resolve his/her delay problems.
