Elaboration of the Processes Flow of the PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition

Today I like to talk to you about the PMBOK 6th edition if you recall four years ago I did something very very similar to that for the PMBOK fifth edition.

So what I would do today it's I will start from the first process that you should do in your project up to the end and why I'm doing this one of the key reasons I'm doing this it's because if you look the PMBOK guide very thick six-seven hundred pages the first reaction is wow it's a lot to learn it's a very strong body inside and it's not very easy to understand the peer mark guide it's mostly a reference guide so what I would do here it's to read the PMBOK guide but in a different way.
