This handbook is a complement to PMU’s Project Manual. It provides practical advice and tips on methods for the following parts of the project cycle: planning, implementation/monitoring, and evaluation.
The handbook is based on the manual’s guidelines, but the suggested methods and exercises should be adjusted in line with local conditions and needs. PMU also encourages each partner to develop their own, locally-adapted methods for the target groups’ involvement in the project cycle, and to describe these methods in a project manual of their own.
